Use Marketa lawfully
Do not use Marketa to violate law, the rights of another person, sanctions, payment-network rules or regulatory requirements. Do not submit content you do not have the right to process.
Protect people and systems
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, evade security controls, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission or use automated traffic that creates unreasonable load.
Prohibited activity
Marketa must not be used for fraud, deceptive transactions, harassment, exploitation, illegal goods or services, money laundering, unauthorized surveillance or activity that creates a credible risk of harm.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or the public. We consider context, severity and recurrence and may report activity where required by law.
